If you'd like to be affiliates with Ellen Page Online then please read the rules and fill in the form below. Also add a link to EPO on your own website using a banner, found here. As soon as you have been accepted you will receive an email confirmation.

- Only HQ sites will be accepted, this means sites with a good amount of content, working links, etc.
- Only sites with an English or German version will be accepted
- Your website must be frequently updated
- Your site must have a domain name or be hosted (no piczoo, myspace, msn groups, etc.)
- No sites that contain any hate, porn or offensive content
- I expect you to notify me if you close your site, so that I can remove the link
